Confindustria Assoimmobiliare is the National Association of the Real Estate Industry. Founded in 1997, it represents the leading operators in various real estate sectors active in Italy, such as institutional investors (asset management companies, real estate funds, Sicafs, and listed real estate investment companies), banks and insurance companies, Italian and international real estate developers, large real estate asset management companies, PropTech firms, engineering and design firms, as well as the professional real estate consulting services industry, which includes asset valuation, due diligence, property management, brokerage, credit management, and legal and tax services.
