Build Europe
TheBuild Europe Congress held on October 30, 2025, approved the admission of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare to Build Europe as the association representing Italian investors and developers.
Build Europe is the European professional organization that brings together national federations and associations of builders and real estate developers active in the residential sector, representing a total of over 30,000 operators from 18 member countries. Since its founding in 1958, it has supported and protected the interests of the residential real estate sector in Europe, positioning itself as the primary interlocutor for European institutions and other stakeholders.
As part of its advocacy work, Build Europe actively participates in numerous international and European Union forums and initiatives. In particular, it is a member of the European Construction Forum and the European Housing Forum, a partner in the European Commission’s Build Up initiative, and participates in working groups and conferences organized by European institutions.
