    (in the case of personal data relating to employees/collaborators/contacts of member companies) for the purpose of sending newsletters/circulars and other communications pertaining to the Association’s statutory activities, following authentication of the data subject, or for service, consulting, assistance, and representation activities (contact with the user, social features, interaction with social networks, etc.), in the performance of the Association’s services.
    It is understood that refusal to provide the requested data will make it impossible for the Association to provide online services to the Member.
    Assoimmobiliare will process the aforementioned personal data in compliance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, as well as with legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations and safeguards. The aforementioned data will be processed only by specifically authorized and trained personnel and may be disclosed to all parties determined by the Association’s initiatives in relation to its social purposes.
  4. Methods of Processing
    Personal data will be processed using the tools and methods deemed appropriate to protect its security and confidentiality. Processing will be carried out both manually and with the aid of electronic or automated tools, for which specific physical and IT security measures have been adopted. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases other parties belonging to the “Unione System” may have access to such data in their capacity as external Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation 679/2016. An updated list of Data Processors may always be requested from the Data Controller.
  5. Duration of Processing
    Generally speaking, personal data will be processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the user or for the purposes described in this document, without prejudice to the user’s right to request the cessation of processing or the erasure of the data (see paragraph 7).
  6. Nature of Processing
    On this website, it is not mandatory to provide personal data as long as it is used solely for consultation purposes. Within the website, cookies are not used for the purpose of visitor profiling, but only technical cookies, in order to speed up navigation or to determine which sections of the website receive the most visits. In any case, visitor data is processed in an anonymous, aggregated form and will not be used to transmit personal information.
