Since its establishment in 1997, Confindustria Assoimmobiliare has represented the entire real estate sector at the national level, bringing together operators active across all real estate asset classes. Its members include leading institutional investors — such as asset management companies, real estate funds, SICAFs, listed and unlisted real estate investment companies, and ReoCOs — as well as banks and insurance companies.
The Association also represents major Italian and international real estate developers; public and private entities managing large real estate portfolios; innovative PropTech companies; engineering and architectural firms; and leading professional advisory firms operating across the real estate sector, including asset valuation, due diligence, property management, brokerage, credit management, and legal and tax advisory services.
Confindustria Assoimmobiliare further includes foundations, organizations, and institutions whose activities and interests are connected to the real estate market through strategic, economic, or complementary relationships.
