Afilog
In March 2026, Confindustria Assoimmobiliare andAfilog signed a framework cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening joint expertise and initiatives for the development of logistics real estate within the European context. Founded in France 25 years ago, the Afilog Association brings together more than 130 stakeholders in the logistics real estate and supply chain sectors (investors, architects, developers, equipment manufacturers, users, and infrastructure managers).
Among the activities that will be carried out jointly by the two associations are the systematization of knowledge, the sharing of best practices, the production of comparative analyses and policy recommendations, and the engagement of their respective professional communities. The joint initiatives will aim to promote the increasingly sustainable integration of logistics real estate within regions, the evolution of European sector regulations in line with market needs, and the promotion of logistics real estate as a strategic lever for competitiveness, employment, and the ecological transition.
