Assologistica
In May 2025, Confindustria Assoimmobiliare and Assologistica signed a framework collaboration agreement to carry out joint activities aimed at promoting the evolution of a culture of innovation in the logistics sector, creating added value for all operators and stakeholders in the sector, and improving the public perception of logistics and logistics real estate as a key component of urban regeneration, sustainable transition, and the country’s economic and social development.
To this end, the following will be organized: informational and educational activities aimed at fostering a better understanding of the social value of logistics across its entire supply chain; joint analysis and research on trends and key emerging issues in the logistics and logistics real estate sectors; working groups involving professional and institutional investors in the logistics and real estate sectors;
The partnership stems from a desire to move beyond outdated narratives and to recognize the role of modern logistics real estate as a driver of innovation, sustainability, and positive impact on local areas and communities.
