Confindustria Assoimmobiliare and ENEA have signed a Memorandum of Understanding under which the two organizations have committed to collaborating on the joint development of analyses, data exchanges, and outreach activities related to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability in the real estate sector.

In November 2024, the Report on Office Energy Efficiency was presented. Prepared by ENEA in collaboration with Confindustria Assoimmobiliare, the report presents analyses and methodologies for energy audits and performance optimization, as well as specific consumption benchmarks for office buildings.
