Confindustria Assoimmobiliare and Luiss Business School have signed a major partnership agreement for the Executive Master in Financial Management – Major in “Real Estate Finance,” the Luiss Business School program designed for professionals in the real estate sector. This executive program is designed to provide comprehensive, practical, and multidisciplinary training on the key aspects of the real estate market, with the aim of strengthening the strategic, technical, and financial skills that are essential today for addressing the challenges of a constantly evolving sector.
The Executive Master’s program, starting on May 16, 2025, and lasting 12 months for a total of 370 hours of training, is offered on a part-time basis (Fridays and Saturdays, twice a month) on campus at Villa Blanc in Rome, and awards a Second-Level University Master’s Degree with 60 ECTS credits. The program is structured into 8 modules: Fundamentals of Financial Reporting, Fundamentals of Management Control, Fundamentals of Corporate Finance and Financial Intermediaries, Real Estate Finance and Investment, Real Estate Law and Tax, Real Estate Marketing and Communication, Real Estate Development, and Real Estate Strategy and Asset Management.
