Partial Amendment to the Implementing Regulations of the Rules Plan and the Services Plan of the Current Territorial Governance Plan (PGT)

As part of the consultation with economic and social partners launched by the City of Milan regarding the partial regulatory amendment to the Implementation Regulations of the Rules Plan and the Services Plan of the current Territorial Governance Plan (PGT), Confindustria Assoimmobiliare submitted its comments on the overall structure of the amendment. The document critically examines the main contents of the Preliminary Report and the documentation made available by the City, with particular reference to the expanded use of implementation plans, the recognition of the existing Gross Floor Area (SL), the functioning of equalization mechanisms, the regulations governing social housing and student housing, and the governance of the city’s urban transformations. Assoimmobiliare also reiterated its request that the amendment be subject to a full Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA).
