During the event, Confindustria Assoimmobiliare presented its 25th Report, titled: “Urban Planning and Building Regulations in the Era of Urban Regeneration: Confindustria Assoimmobiliare’s Proposals for Reform and Simplification,” which is the result of the work carried out by the Urban Planning Working Group.

During the event, Confindustria Assoimmobiliare presented its 24th Association Report, titled “A Place to Study: Student Housing According to the Confindustria Assoimmobiliare Observatory,” which provides a comprehensive overview of the sector, with a particular focus on relevant regulatory developments, public-private partnerships, management and governance models, and the main architectural formats.
Confindustria Assoimmobiliare participated in THE DISTRICT 2025, the leading event dedicated to the European real estate sector, with a specific focus on the Southern European market.
