Confindustria Assoimmobiliare participated in THE DISTRICT 2025, held from September 30 to October 2 at the Barcelona Trade Fair. Now in its fourth edition, the event has established itself as the leading hub for dialogue and discussion on European real estate—particularly in Southern Europe—with over 14,500 attendees and more than 450 international speakers.
The 2025 edition of THE DISTRICT featured Italy as its Guest Country Partner, reflecting our country’s growing appeal to international investors. The Assoimmobiliare booth also hosted the cities of Rome and Naples, as well as the State Property Agency, and served as the Italian Meeting Point for all Italian participants at the event, including for B2B meetings. During the event, Assoimmobiliare and THE DISTRICT signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at strengthening the collaboration between the two organizations and promoting the visibility of the Italian real estate market in future editions of the event.
THE DISTRICT featured numerous panels dedicated to various investment asset classes, megatrends, specific regional markets, and the main professional segments of the industry. The full program is available at this link, while the Key Takeaways from the 2025 edition are available here.
