Confindustria Assoimmobiliare will participate in MIPM 2026, one of the leading international real estate events, where it will present the 12th edition of the publication *Investing in Italian Real Estate*, a well-established reference for investors and industry professionals.
The publication will be the focus of the event “Italy ticks the boxes,” a discussion dedicated to the strengths of the Italian real estate market, which continues to stand out in Europe for its stability, transparency, and competitiveness.
The program includes an analysis of investment opportunities, returns, and the regulatory and tax environment, along with a discussion on the strength of governance and the political framework.
Davide Albertini Petroni, President of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare, will open the proceedings. Speakers will also include Silvia Gandellini (CBRE) and Valeria Falcone (Colliers Italy), with a focus on trends, international capital, and market dynamics.
Technical and legal insights will be provided by Luca Dal Cerro (Gianni & Origoni) and Patrizia Liguori (Chiomenti), while Roberto Fraticelli, Luca Lucaroni, and Francesco Mantegazza will analyze the sector’s operational and financial outlook.
