During Parliament’s review of the New Public Contracts Code, Assoimmobilaire outlined the framework of the relationship between public entities and private investors in the context of contractual relationships related to procurement in the real estate market, offering proposals regarding the code’s scope of application, the qualification system for contracting authorities, and the verification of technical, administrative, economic-financial, and contractual compliance.
