The decree has the merit of resolving a situation that had fueled uncertainty and concern among industry players and of reviving the trading of construction tax credits, providing useful clarification to enhance legal certainty.
However, to achieve the shared green objectives at the European level, Confindustria Assoimmobiliare believes it is necessary to rethink the incentive system currently in place in Italy to better leverage public-private partnerships, with the aim of making this instrument the primary and main means of developing public investments.
