The decree-law in question represents a unique opportunity to be seized in order to give new impetus to the country’s economy, with a view to transforming the construction sector into a true driver of economic growth, leaving behind cumbersome and pointless bureaucratic requirements. Assoimmobiliare has welcomed the Government’s efforts to accelerate administrative and bureaucratic simplifications, which also intersect with the important Recovery Plan that the Government will need to draft in the coming months to access funds from the Recovery Fund—resources we hope will also be directed toward large-scale urban regeneration projects capable of combining objectives of environmental and energy sustainability, social inclusion, and economic development.
