An analysis by Dils’ Research Team shows that the first quarter of 2025 closed with investments totaling approximately €2.7 billion, up 44% from the same period last year, currently confirming the outlook for a cautious recovery projected for 2025. Over the past 12 months, the Italian market has attracted €10.8 billion in investment, a figure that represents a significant increase compared to the previous 12 months (+45%).
