DILS. La Congiuntura Immobiliare. Secondo semestre 2021

Kroll Real Estate Advisory Group ha pubblicato l’ultima edizione della Congiuntura del Mercato Immobiliare Italiano, che illustra i trend nelle diverse asset class. Il report riporta che in Italia il volume degli investimenti corporate, nel 2021, ha sfiorato i 9,8 miliardi di euro, segnando un incremento di poco inferiore al 20% su base annua.
