Arcadis. International Construction Cost Index 2022
Il rapporto internazionale ICC di Arcadis evidenzia un’ impennata dei costi di costruzione e un aumento dell’incertezza: l’edilizia deve adattarsi rapidamente. Londra torna ad essere la città con i costi di costruzione più alti al mondo, mentre Milano e Roma perdono 6 posizioni nonostante una crescita del 10%. Nel 2021 l’edilizia in Italia si è ripresa molto meglio che in Francia e Germania.

Kroll Real Estate Advisory Group ha pubblicato l’ultima edizione della Congiuntura del Mercato Immobiliare Italiano, che illustra i trend nelle diverse asset class. Il report riporta che in Italia il volume degli investimenti corporate, nel 2021, ha sfiorato i 9,8 miliardi di euro, segnando un incremento di poco inferiore al 20% su base annua.
