Confindustria Assoimmobiliare has welcomed the conversion into law of Decree-Law No. 69 of May 29, 2024, containing urgent provisions regarding the simplification of building and urban planning regulations, as the Association believes that the difficulties in regularizing minor non-conformities have in the past acted as an impediment to the market and to the development of urban regeneration projects. In fact, the Italian regulatory framework is characterized by highly complex and uncertain procedures that negatively impact real estate purchase processes, often complicating even procedures that should be streamlined, such as property transfers and leases.
