JLL. In the first half of 2025, the office leasing market recorded nearly 240,000 square meters of take-up between Milan and Rome.

According to JLL’s analysis, the office leasing market recorded approximately 240,000 square meters of take-up in the first half of 2025, of which approximately 200,000 square meters were in Milan and 40,000 square meters in Rome.
