In the first three quarters of 2025, corporate investments in Italy totaled over €7.7 billion, a 16.7% increase compared to the first nine months of 2024. The positive trend that began in the second half of 2024 thus continues. Volumes were driven by retail (29% of the total) and hospitality (21%), which emerged as the preferred asset classes among investors. Foreign investors remained active, accounting for approximately 60% of the total.
