Colliers. Real estate race continues: in the first half of 2025, investments up 52 percent

The Italian commercial real estate market continues to boom.

In the first half of 2025, investments in commercial real estate (CRE) reached €5.3 billion, marking a 52% increase compared to the same period in 2024. This is the second-best first half of the year in the last decade, following the record set in the first half of 2022, and represents a 30% increase over the historical average.
