The Italian institutional real estate market is experiencing strong growth: Q1 2025 closed with approximately €2.58 billion in investments, a level roughly 29% higher than the 2024 figure. The share of international capital stands at 54% and still represents the majority, although it is below the 10-year average of 64%.
