The Confindustria Assoimmobiliare Members’ Meeting was held on July 16 in Milan at Palazzo Clerici. During the meeting, the Association’s 2024 final financial statements were approved, and an update was provided on the Association’s activities carried out between January and July 2025, the events organized, and the reports produced by the committees and technical working groups.
In particular, Stefania Campagna (JLL) presented the report “Models for the Conversion of Office Stock: A Comparison of France, Spain, and the UK,” prepared by the Commercial Real Estate Committee. Roberto Fraticelli (Eurocommercial Properties) presented the eleventh edition of the book “Investing in Real Estate: Investment and Financing Tools in the Italian Real Estate Sector.” Elena Stoppioni (Lombardini22) presented the Manifesto “Spaces That Shape the Future: 10 ESG Commitments for Resilient, Inclusive, and Responsible Real Estate,” prepared by the Sustainability Committee.
