Confindustria Assoimmobiliare addressed the Eighth Committee of the Chamber of Deputies during the review of bills C.1169, C.1562, and C.2181, presenting the real estate industry’s perspective on the issue of housing poverty. The Association presented five actionable proposals to promote the development of social housing, through greater involvement of institutional capital and the removal of current regulatory and tax barriers that limit such participation.
