Confindustria Assoimmobiliare welcomes the proposed legislation aimed at implementing a framework to reorganize the sector in the areas of urban planning and construction, in order to clarify interpretations that are not always consistent with current national or regional legislation, with particular reference to subdivision plans (pursuant to Art. 41 quinquies, sixth paragraph, of Law 1150/1942) and to building renovations and new construction (pursuant to Art. 3, paragraph 1, letters d and e of Presidential Decree 380/2001 | Consolidated Building Code)
