Confindustria Assoimmobiliare expresses a very favorable opinion on the draft law titled “Provisions for the Authentic Interpretation of Urban Planning and Building Regulations,” which aims to clarify the interpretation of urban planning and building regulations, which are often applied inconsistently with current legislation. In particular, the measure concerns the subdivision plan (Law 1150/1942) and the distinction between building renovation and new construction (Presidential Decree 380/2001).
