CBRE. In H1 2021 il maggiore impatto del Covid sugli investimenti immobiliari
Secondo il report a cura di CBRE Italy, Il volume degli investimenti nel Commercial Real Estate in Italia, nei primi sei mesi dell’anno, è pari a 3,2 miliardi di euro, in calo del 22% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2020.

Lo studio fotografa l’impatto della pandemia da Covid-19 sull’industria dei centri commerciali, valutando anche gli effetti prodotti sull’intera economia, oltre ad analizzare trend e nuove abitudini di consumo che emergono da una survey sulla popolazione italiana tra i 18 e i 65 anni.

In 2020, the effects of the pandemic were significant for the student
housing segment. The closure of universities and their campus for
health and safety reasons increased the concerns of operators. The consequences of lockdown and travel restrictions were especially observed in Europe, which is the most popular destination for international students’ travels. Anyway, traveling students are set to rebound in 2021/22 academic year as students are more keen to return to campus after more than a year of online learning.

CBRE. Global E-commerce Outlook. What is driving e-commerce growth in different markets?
Secondo il report di CBRE, le vendite effettuate tramite e-commerce in Europa cresceranno di 298 miliardi di dollari tra il 2020 e il 2025 e saranno necessari 1,5 miliardi di mq di spazi industriali nel mondo. In Europa si renderanno 298 milioni di metri quadri di spazi logistici e di distribuzione per soddisfare la crescente domanda di questo segmento.

Emanuela Recchi nominata presidente di ULI Italia
Urban Land Institute (ULI) ha annunciato la nomina di Emanuela Recchi, presidente di Recchi Engineering, come nuovo presidente di ULI Italia. Succede a Davide Albertini Petroni, direttore generale di Risanamento S.p.A, e inizierà ufficialmente il 1° luglio 2021 il proprio mandato a titolo volontario, che la impegnerà per i prossimi due anni.
