Governments, businesses and communities are facing up to the reality of COVID-19. The short-term impacts on economic growth, business activity and individual behaviour are undeniable and, while the current consensus is for a rebound in the global economy in H2 2020, the exact trajectory is unknowable. We therefore suggest a scenario planning approach, rather than betting on any bold predictions, with a focus on preparedness for either a mild to moderate slowdown that is transitory in nature or for a more severe and sustained slowdown.

INREV. Investor Universe Italy Study 2019

This study examines the part real estate plays in Italian institutional investment, describing the overall investment landscape and then investigating investors’ motivations for holding real estate and the ways these are being implemented in practice.
The Italian real estate investor landscape is dominated by insurance and pensions organisations, and therefore the focus of this study is on how investors from these two groups approach real estate investment.

Il sondaggio congiunturale sul mercato delle abitazioni in Italia, condotto da Banca d’Italia in collaborazione con Tecnoborsa e l’Agenzia delle Entrate (OMI) con frequenza trimestrale, coinvolge un campione di agenti immobiliari in merito alle opinioni sugli andamenti, correnti e attesi, di compravendite, quotazioni, canoni e contratti di locazione.
La pubblicazione appartiene alla collana Statistiche di Banca d’Italia e ulteriori dettagli sono disponibili nel fascicolo “Metodi e fonti: note metodologiche”.

Assoimmobiliare ha sviluppato insieme a SDA Bocconi School of Management il “REInnovation Lab” una piattaforma di ricerca e formazione dedicata al settore del real estate.
In tale ambito è stata strutturata una ricerca sui temi “Place making Value” e “Best place to operate”, con l’obiettivo di contribuire al dibattito, al confronto e alla conoscenza nell’industria immobiliare.
