Demand has been driven by a combination of factors, including most notably the continued rise of e-commerce which means that retailers need more space and better facilities to support online sales.
In addition to this, supply chain issues caused by Brexit prompted retailers, logistics operators and 3PLs to reconfigure Irish warehousing arrangements, while the pandemic also led to increased demand in the packaging, healthcare, food and construction sectors.
