Confindustria Assoimmobiliare participated in the hearing on the annual bill for small and medium-sized enterprises, with particular reference to Article 6, which introduces measures aimed at promoting the use of securitization vehicles and real estate destocking. The Association emphasized that this legislative proposal represents a concrete opportunity to strengthen financial instruments supporting Italian SMEs, offering new forms of liquidity backed by real estate assets. The proposals presented aim to promote real estate securitization—already governed by current legislation—as a strategic lever to facilitate access to capital, improve companies’ financial standing, and support urban regeneration and sustainability initiatives.
