Madrid will host “The District,” the leading event dedicated to the Southern European real estate market. The 2026 edition is scheduled for September 22–24 at IFEMA Madrid and will bring together over 15,000 investors, developers, and financial institutions from around the world.
The program will focus on investment cycles, market trends, and new developments in the residential, commercial, logistics, and hospitality sectors, featuring discussions among international operators on the industry’s key dynamics. Running concurrently will be The District World Summit, with over 450 experts participating in thematic panels and discussions on global real estate megatrends.
Once again this year, Confindustria Assoimmobiliare will be a partner of the initiative, confirming its participation in the 2026 edition of THE DISTRICT. The Association will be present with a stand dedicated to Italy, within the “Piazza Italia” collective, which will bring together the Italian companies participating in the event.
As part of its participation, the Association will also organize panels and in-depth sessions dedicated to the Italian real estate market, with the aim of promoting investment opportunities and fostering dialogue with international operators interested in the domestic market.
