This Report is the condensed version of a wider research carried out by JLL under the title “Why Rome? Re-modelling the City”.
The aim was to analyze and highlight a variety of the city’s real estate fundamentals and potentials to identify new growth models for the years to come. They strongly believe that this report represents an opportunity to outline new key drivers for accelerating successful investments in Rome and encourage a conversation with old and new stakeholders, for the benefit of all.
