According to JLL’s analysis, the office leasing market in Milan and Rome recorded a total of approximately 530,000 square meters of take-up in 2025, of which about 395,000 square meters were in Milan and 135,000 square meters in Rome, confirming solid but increasingly selective demand focused on high-quality properties
