In 2024, corporate investment in Italy totaled €9.9 billion, a 66% increase compared to 2023. The third and fourth quarters of 2024 were the strongest quarters of the past two years. Retail and office properties were the dominant asset classes. Hospitality recorded its second-best annual performance ever, with €1.8 billion. Foreign investors, accounting for 62%, were the most active players in the market, led by French and American investors.
