An analysis by Dils’ Research Team shows that the third quarter of 2025 closed with investments totaling 2.6 billion euros, marking a slight decline compared to the same period in 2024. However, looking at the first nine months of the year, the Italian market attracted approximately €8 billion, up 21% compared to the same period in 2024, confirming the confidence of players in the real estate sector.
