The real estate market in Italy shows no signs of slowing down. In the fourth quarter of 2025, investments in commercial real estate (CRE) reached 2.4 billion euros, a figure more than 3% above the average for the past five years. Since the beginning of the year, the total volume has been nearly 8 billion euros, marking a 24% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
