In the first nine months of 2025, investment in Italian commercial real estate reached €9.1 billion, representing a 44% year-over-year increase. Of this total, €2.37 billion was recorded in the third quarter. Despite geopolitical uncertainty, strong fundamentals and the availability of capital continue to support the market.
