2025 closed with a record-breaking year for investments in Italian commercial real estate: €13.5 billion in investments, up 36% from 2024, marking the best year on record and surpassing the previous record of €12.6 billion set in 2019. The final quarter of the year contributed significantly, with over €4.3 billion and a 22% increase compared to the same period the previous year.
