CBRE. Commercial Real Estate in Italy: 4.4 billion in the second quarter of 2026

The Italian commercial real estate market closed the first half of the year with investment volumes totaling 7 billion euros, up 2% from the same period last year. The second quarter was particularly strong, recording investments of 4.4 billion euros, an 11% increase compared to the second quarter of 2025. Over the past twelve months, investment volumes exceeded 13.9 billion euros, confirming the market’s strength and its growing diversification across asset classes and geographic regions.
