CBRE. Commercial Real Estate in Italy: 2.8 billion in the third quarter of 2026. Hotels are the leading asset class, while Industrial & Logistics and Office are growing year-over-year

The Italian commercial real estate market closed the first nine months of 2026 with investment volumes totaling approximately 10 billion euros*, up 6% from the same period the previous year. In the third quarter, investments totaled 2.8 billion euros, a 21% increase compared to the same period in 2025.
