The Italian institutional real estate market is on the upswing: 2024 closed with approximately €9.85 billion in investments, a level roughly 56% higher than in 2023, a year marked by a challenging macroeconomic environment. The recorded volumes were also up compared to the average over the past five years (by approximately 5%).
