In the first half of 2021 the Office real estate market continued to see growing dynamism with new developments, investments and significant deals closed by end users motivated to create a new identity for their headquarters, in efficient, modern buildings offering comfortable, high-quality spaces.

Lo studio fotografa l’impatto della pandemia da Covid-19 sull’industria dei centri commerciali, valutando anche gli effetti prodotti sull’intera economia, oltre ad analizzare trend e nuove abitudini di consumo che emergono da una survey sulla popolazione italiana tra i 18 e i 65 anni.

Prologis research ha pubblicato uno studio dedicato all’approfondimento delle tendenze strutturali che determinano la domanda di spazi logistici di qualità. Poiché nel prossimo futuro la domanda resterà sostenuta, l’attenzione è ora rivolta alle implicazioni legate alla nuova offerta di immobili.

health and safety reasons increased the concerns of operators. The consequences of lockdown and travel restrictions were especially observed in Europe, which is the most popular destination for international students’ travels. Anyway, traveling students are set to rebound in 2021/22 academic year as students are more keen to return to campus after more than a year of online learning.

Secondo il report di CBRE, le vendite effettuate tramite e-commerce in Europa cresceranno di 298 miliardi di dollari tra il 2020 e il 2025 e saranno necessari 1,5 miliardi di mq di spazi industriali nel mondo. In Europa si renderanno 298 milioni di metri quadri di spazi logistici e di distribuzione per soddisfare la crescente domanda di questo segmento.
