Assoimmobiliare. The securitization of real estate proceeds after tax clarifications

Confindustria Assoimmobiliare has organized a webinar, “The securitization of real estate income after tax clarifications. Possible uses of the tool and still open questions”. The Tax Administration in response to a request for a ruling, has recently provided a clear picture of many tax issues that kept the tool of the so-called “real estate securitization” still hostage to uncertainty. In theory it is a very versatile investment instrument both for large foreign institutional investors and for domestic market operators.

During the webinar, moderated by Dr. Luca Lucaroni, Chairman of the Tax Table of Assoimmobiliare, follower with Luca Del Cerro lawyer of Legance and lawyer. Carlo Galli of Clifford Chance, together with Dr. Patrizia Claps of the Revenue Agency, will illustrate the clarifications coming from the Administration, highlight any other areas of uncertainty both in tax and civil or regulatory matters, and will describe the characteristics of the vehicle and its potential uses with practical examples already in the market.
