Assoimmobiliare will present the working paper “Real estate investment vehicles. Alternative investment funds (AIFs) and fixed capital investment companies (SICAFs)” on Tuesday 4 April, in Rome, during the event “Evolution of the market for real estate investment vehicles and prospects for reform”.
Assoimmobiliare’s President, Silvia Rovere, and Marco Osnato MP, President of the Finance Commission of the Chamber of Deputies, will open the debate followed by Andrea Giannantonio Chiomenti Partner, Mirella Pellegrini Professor of Economic Law at LUISS University of Rome, Roberto Schiavelli President of Assoimmobiliare’s Regulatory Committee, Vincenzo Troiano Professor of Economic Law at the University of Perugia and Francesca Zirnstein, General Manager of Scenari Immobiliari.
The proceedings will close with a networking cocktail. A networking cocktail will be held after the event.
