Confindustria Assoimmobiliare at MIPIM. “Italy: The Most Stable and Attractive European Market of 2025”

Confindustria Assoimmobiliare will be present at MIPIM 2025 and invites all its Members and exhibitors attending in Cannes to participate in the workshop “Italy: The Most Stable and Attractive European Market of 2025”, scheduled for March 12th from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Italian Pavilion promoted by ITA (Riviera 8 – stand R8.B10). During the event will be presented the 11th edition of the book “Investing in Italian Real Estate. Investment and Financing Instruments for the Italian Real Estate Industry”.

The session will be opened by the President, Davide Albertini Petroni. Roberto Fraticelli and Luca Lucaroni, the book’s editors, will present its contents, while Valeria Falcone, CEO of Colliers Italia, and Luca Turco, CEO of Praemia REIM Italy SGR, will share their views on the growing attractiveness of the Italian real estate market for international investments.
