Giuseppe Amitrano

Giuseppe Amitrano is the Founder and Group CEO at Dils. He is responsible for business management and growth, and his main task involves coordinating relationships with key investors, corporates and partners, for the entire group. As part of his role, Giuseppe supports the Office, Logistics, Retail, Living and Hospitality teams in the origination, structuring and closing of investment and leasing deals in all asset classes. In recent years he has personally closed transactions worth more than €10 billion, supporting – both domestic and international clients – and actively participating in key deals in the Italian market.
Giuseppe, 45 years old, holds a degree in Business Economics at the Bocconi University in Milan and has gained consolidated work experience both in Italy and abroad. He is widely acknowledged as one of the most influential professionals in the real estate sector in Italy and has been included in Forbes Italy’s list of “100 Top Entrepreneurs and Successful Managers” for the years 2020 and 2022.
Dils, founded in 2021 through the rebranding of Redilco and Sigest, began its internationalization process with the acquisition of Van Gool Elburg in the Netherlands in 2023, Castelhana in Portugal in 2024, Luca Fox in Spain in 2025, and EOL in France in 2026. The Group continues its European expansion to export its vision and distinctive business model also to Germany, Poland, and the UK. Today, more than 700 professionals operate in Milan (HQ), Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris and several other cities across Europe.
